To find your perfect property, we would need to know as much as possible about your requirements. Things like your overall rental budget, the date by which you would need to move-in, the type and size of property you desire, etc. You can provide us with your requirements by registering online, over the phone or by visiting one of our branches and one of our wonderful team members will assist you.

With a full understanding of your needs, we can then shortlist all properties that match your criteria.

As soon as you have registered we can drop you a message about anything which comes up. You can opt in to our texts, emails or letters until you find that dream property and if you want to scan the selection yourself you can always check out our mobile app.

Viewings

Our office hours are between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday to Friday as well as from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. However we will always adjust to the time most convenient for you. You can book a viewing 24/7 on our website or by using our mobile app as well as over the phone during the opening hours.

Provided we have been entrusted with the keys to the property, our experienced team members should be able to conduct all property viewings with the prospective buyers or tenants on their own, so the landlord does not need to be present at all times. Although we do ask landlords to be as flexible as possible, in some cases, a given landlord may be able to make the property available for viewings only at specific times. As we normally keep the keys, usually we should be able to access the majority of properties to suit your availability. In order to accelerate the process, we would highly recommend you that everyone, whose opinion would matter for reaching the final decision, to participate in the viewing.

After the viewing is completed, we would be more than happy to answer all questions you possibly might have and find out whether you are interested in renting the property. Therefore, please kindly reserve some additional time to discuss your thoughts with us.

We would highly appreciate if you could be on time for viewings. Usually, we will arrange to meet you at the property, or, if it is more convenient for you, at our closest branch, from where we can drive you to the property’s location. We are also able to collect you from your home or place of work, depending on where these may be.

Making an offer

If the property is the one you fancy make sure you move fast! The market is moving quickly, so make your offer as soon as possible. otherwise it could get secured or let by someone else on the same day!

Upon making an offer, you would need to pay us a holding deposit to reserve the property. The deposit shall be deducted from your first month’s rent, unless you change your mind about taking the property, in which case you will lose your deposit.

Sometimes there may be an opportunity to negotiate the rental cost. Although this can be difficult, if you select Altavon, we will support you using our vast expertise in local negotiations.
